Who we are
REVRCE ("REVRCE", "we", "us") is a clothing label based in India. We decide what happens to the personal data on this page. Questions go to support@revrce.com.
What we collect
If you join the list: your email address, when you signed up, and your browser's user agent (the line of text every browser sends to say which browser and device it is). We use the user agent to spot fake signups.
If you spin the wheel: the random number on your ticket, where it landed and when. On its own, that doesn't say who you are. If you win and claim the prize, we also keep your email, the prize and when you claimed it, and you join the list. The wheel page also remembers on your device when you last spun, so it's one spin a day. That stays in your browser: it isn't sent to us.
When you visit: like any website, the servers that deliver it receive your IP address, browser and device type, the page you asked for and the time. Our host, Vercel, uses this to run and protect the site. The 3D logo on the homepage loads its code (Three.js) from jsDelivr, a public delivery network, which also sees your IP address when your browser fetches it.
When you order (once the shop opens): your name, delivery address, email, phone number, what you bought and whether the payment went through. Your card or bank details go straight to our payment provider. We never see or store them.
When you email us: your message and anything you put in it.
What we don't collect: cookies, analytics, ad trackers, your location, or anything from social media.
Why we use it
- The list: to send you one email when the next drop opens. Nothing else.
- The wheel: to keep it fair (one spin per ticket, one prize per person) and to give winners their prize. We write to winners about their prize, and they get the drop email too.
- Orders: to take payment, pack and ship your order, keep you posted, and deal with damage claims, returns and refunds.
- The law: to keep the invoices and records Indian tax law requires.
- The site: to run it, fix it, and keep bots and abuse out.
Who we share it with
Only the services that run things for us, and only what each one needs:
- Vercel hosts the site and stores the email list and the wheel's results.
- jsDelivr delivers the code for the 3D logo.
- The email service we use to send the drop email.
- Once the shop opens: our payment provider (to take payment), couriers (your name, address and phone, to deliver), and our accountants (to keep the books).
We share data with police, courts or government only when the law requires us to. We never sell, rent or trade it.
Where it goes
Vercel and jsDelivr run servers around the world, including in the United States, so your data may be handled outside India and outside your own country.
How long we keep it
- The list: until you ask us to take you off it, or we stop running it.
- The wheel: spins and prizes for as long as the wheel runs and its prizes are being given out.
- Orders: as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires us to keep records.
- Visit data: Vercel keeps its logs for a short time.
- Emails to us: as long as it takes to sort out what you asked.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- show you the data we hold about you,
- correct it,
- delete it (we keep only what the law makes us keep, like invoices),
- take you off the list. Withdrawing your consent doesn't affect anything we did before.
Email support@revrce.com from the address you gave us. We reply within 48 hours and sort it out within one month.
Once the complaint provisions of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 apply, you can also take a complaint to the Data Protection Board of India.
Keeping it safe
The list and the wheel's results are stored privately: only we can open them. Everything between you and the site travels encrypted (HTTPS). No system is perfect. If a breach affects your data, we'll tell you and the authorities as the law requires.
Children
REVRCE isn't made for children. If you're under 18, ask a parent or guardian before you give us anything. If you think a child has given us their email, tell us and we'll delete it.
Changes
If we change how we use your data, we'll update this page and the date at the top before the change applies.
