Terms.

The rules of the drop. As short as we could make them. Read them anyway.

Who you're dealing with

REVRCE ("REVRCE", "we", "us") is a clothing label based in India. These terms are the agreement between you and us when you use revrce.com or buy from us. Our Privacy, Shipping and Returns pages are part of them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Using the site

Tap around. Stick stickers. Bury the logo. The stickers aren't saved: they're gone when you leave.

Don't try to break the site, overload it, scrape it, or use it for anything illegal.

The REVRCE name and logo, our designs, photos, words and code belong to us or to the people who licensed them to us. Don't copy, sell or reuse them without our written permission.

The list

Joining the list gets you one email when the next drop opens. It doesn't reserve anything, and it doesn't guarantee you'll get anything.

The wheel

Find a ticket on the homepage and it gets you a spin of the wheel on the early-access page. It's free: nobody has to buy anything to play or to win. The rules and the odds on that page are part of these terms.

Drops and orders

Shipping and returns

We ship worldwide from India, except to the European Union, the UK, Norway, Iceland or Liechtenstein: see Shipping. Every sale is final, except when an item arrives damaged or defective, isn't what you ordered, isn't as described, isn't genuine, or arrives late. Then you get a replacement or a full refund. See Returns.

Our responsibility

If we break these terms or don't take reasonable care, we're responsible for losses that were a foreseeable result. We're not responsible for losses nobody could have foreseen, for business losses, or for delays caused by events outside our control. As far as the law allows, our total liability for an order is the amount you paid for it.

Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under consumer law, including India's Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the consumer laws of the country you live in.

Law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and Indian courts have jurisdiction. You can also take a complaint to the consumer commission where you live or work, as Indian consumer law allows. If you live outside India, you keep the protection of your own country's mandatory consumer laws.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to it.
